Prepare for your first session

How I prepare

I take time before our first session to review my notes and thoughts from our phone conversation or emails. This is your time and I intend to be there fully for you.

How you can prepare

A first session often goes 60 – 90 minutes. Later sessions are 50 – 60 minutes.

Have some water at hand to drink during the session, and some tissues close by.

Use earbuds, if possible.

After the session, be sure to hydrate and rest as much as possible.

Occasionally a client experiences 1 – 3 days of fatigue. It will pass.

Be careful about driving or handling sharp or heavy equipment after a session.
